Our Facilities & Services

Sports Massage

Using a variety of techniques, Soft Tissue & Remedial Therapy, sports massage and deep tissue massage, are aimed at improving the condition of muscles, tendons, ligaments and facia. These specialised therapies promote improved joint range of movement, muscle health and flexibility, stress relief and relaxation.

Promoting a healthier, happier body and mind.

Shockwave Therapy

Radial Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy is a clinically proven and highly effective treatment for chronic soft tissue injuries and certain bone conditions.

It is a non-surgical therapy, with no need for painkillers or anti inflammatories, that speeds up recovery particularly for injuries that haven’t responded to other forms of conservative care.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage focuses on your primary areas of discomfort. Typically these areas include the back, neck, shoulders, buttocks and legs. However, it is also used on the arms, for example in the case of tennis elbow, or the feet, such as with plantar fasciitis.

The increased pressure helps to alleviate any soreness or imbalance caused by injury or tenseness. If you have anxiety or are suffering with stress, a deep tissue massage will help to release the tension you are carrying in your body as a result.
